Dr Valentina Canessa Pollard and Terence Sexton lead Natural Systems Coaching and Development.

Valentina is the Programme Lead for the first MSc in Coaching Psychology in the UK, bringing deep academic expertise and a pioneering approach to the field. Terence is a Leadership Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience and a PhD researcher in Applied Transpersonal Psychology, specialising in how leaders develop the capability to work effectively with high levels of complexity.
