To ensure our work remains rooted in the latest scientific theory and evidence-based practice, we actively conduct research and publish peer-reviewed papers.
Building on our Integrated Systems Methodology, which has been peer-reviewed and will soon be published in a leading academic journal, we are currently evaluating the effectiveness of our Leadership Encounters.
We are researching our Immersive Leadership Encounter Programme, a two-day residential experience where development activities are facilitated in natural settings (Emerson College). The research is being carried out in collaboration with the University of Chichester (Ethics Approval No. 2526_30).
This immersive programme is designed for leaders and changemakers who are seeking more regenerative, relational, and sustainable ways of working and being.
We are inviting leaders to participate in this research at no cost beyond board, lodging, and travel expenses. No facilitation fees will be charged.
