To ensure our work remains rooted in the latest scientific theory and evidence-based practice, we actively conduct research and publish peer-reviewed papers.
Building on our Integrated Systems Methodology, which has been peer-reviewed and published in a leading academic journal, we are currently evaluating the effectiveness of our Leadership Encounters.
We are evaluating our Immersive Leadership Encounter Programme, a two-day residential experience we delivered on 19th and 20th September 2026, where development activities were facilitated in natural settings (Emerson College). We are conducting the research in collaboration with the University of Chichester (Ethics Approval No. 2526_39).
