To ensure our work remains rooted in the latest scientific theory and evidence-based practice, we actively conduct research and publish peer-reviewed papers.
Building on the Integrated Systems Coaching Framework and our recent publications, we are currently evaluating the effectiveness of our Leadership Encounters.
We are researching our Immersive Leadership Encounter Programme, a two-day residential experience where development activities are facilitated in natural settings (Emerson College).
This immersive programme is designed to give leaders the capability to work with the high levels of complexity needed to profit from providing solutions for people and the planet, balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, authentically report performance against an ESG framework and thrive in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous operating environment.
We are inviting leaders to participate in this research at no cost beyond board, lodging, and travel expenses. No facilitation fees will be charged.
