Changemaker Circles

March Circle
We invite you to lead with, not over others. Join our Changemaker Circles and you will be a part of a supportive community of changemakers navigating the messy middle of organisations. Through participating in a Changemaker Circle, you will develop your ability to lead with others by practising collective sense-making, collaboration and co-creation. You will also learn to turn paradox into progress by embracing contraction and dissonance as catalysts for innovation.
Joining a Changemaker Circle will enable you to develop your leadership within a relational, embodied and deeply contextual community.
Dates: Four Tuesday Evenings - 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th March
Time: 18.30 - 20.00 hours (UK time)
Location: Google Meet.
Price: £195 - Standard
We offer a limited number of reduced-cost spaces to make our services more accessible. Please feel free to inquire if this would support you joining a Circle.

June Circle

Leading from Within: Harnessing Embodied and Spiritual Intelligence
We invite leaders to deepen their capacity for navigating complexity by engaging with their somatic and spiritual intelligence; the inner compass of meaning, purpose, and connection beyond the self. Set partially in nature, the experience encourages participants to see their somatic, spiritual and natural dimensions, not only as a resource, but as a sacred, interconnected system.

Leading with Connection: Harnessing Ecosystem and Social Intelligence
We invite leaders to build capacity for navigating complexity by tapping into social and ecological intelligence; the collective wisdom of the group and drawing wisdom from the natural world. One that reflects the interconnectedness of all living systems. Participants explore how leadership emerges through co-sensing, and mutual adaptation. Set partly outdoors, the experience invites leaders to view their organisations as living ecosystems built on trust, adaptability, and shared purpose.
