Outdoor Coaching
Rather than sitting in an office or staring at a screen, we meet in natural spaces: woodlands, parks, gardens, or coastal paths. Our coaching sessions involve walking, pausing, noticing, and gently exploring what’s present for you. Being outdoors opens up a different kind of coaching conversation. One that invites stillness, insight, and change.
Nature has a unique ability to heal, inspire, and transform. By stepping into the natural world with intention, you will unlock new possibilities for personal and professional growth. Together, we will experience nature as a co-facilitator in the coaching process.
We take a client-centred approach enabled by a wide range of evidence-informed psychological disciplines, models and techniques, guided by the ‘Integrated Systems Coaching Framework’. People come to us for coaching when they feel misaligned with the complexity of their work. This can happen when a person is overly stressed, facing a new challenge at work, or embarking on their next growth stage.
Our Coaching Sessions
To begin the coaching, we offer a free chemistry session to ensure that the coach is a good fit for you and your needs.
Following this session, we will design a coaching programme that can include:
Six sessions typically lasting 90 minutes.
Psychometrics and 360 appraisals if appropriate.
Half or full day walks in nature for those who want a deeper and more immersive experience.
Confidential Conversations
If appropriate, we will also engage with a key stakeholder in the contracting process to ensure there is agreement on the focus of the coaching and success criteria. However, the confidentiality of the coaching sessions will always be maintained.
